Website information

Revised October 3, 2026

These website terms apply alongside the software license and purchase terms for your selected product. They do not replace your statutory rights.

About this website

2o2code operates 2o2code.com to present its WordPress plugins and Joomla / VirtueMart extensions, publish documentation and provide product support and customer resources.

By using the website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website. A software download or purchase is also governed by the license supplied with that software and the transaction-specific terms shown before purchase.

These website terms do not change the rights granted by a software license or the terms already agreed for an existing purchase.

Responsible use

Use this website lawfully and in a way that respects other visitors, our content and the services it connects to. Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website or misuse its forms and customer resources.

When contacting us, provide accurate information relevant to your request. Share only information you are entitled to disclose. Keep raw license keys, passwords, payment credentials and unnecessary customer data out of support messages and screenshots.

Content and software licenses

Website text, visual design, branding and other original materials belong to 2o2code or their respective owners. You may read, link to and use the documentation to evaluate and operate our products. Reproduction or commercial reuse of website materials requires permission unless an applicable license or law permits it.

Software is governed by the license distributed with the particular product or component, including the GNU General Public License where applicable. Nothing in these website terms restricts rights granted by that license. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product information and requirements

Product pages and documentation describe the advertised features, platform requirements, compatibility and available plans. Review the information for the product and version you intend to use before downloading or purchasing. Ask a pre-sale question if an essential requirement is unclear.

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable website environment and following the documented installation and configuration instructions. Back up your website and data before installing or updating software. Compatibility with every possible combination of third-party themes, extensions and hosting configurations is not promised.

Updated documentation or a new product release does not retrospectively remove contractual commitments made for an existing purchase or any applicable statutory remedy.

Purchases, licenses and renewals

The selected product and checkout identify the price, currency, applicable taxes, site limit, billing cycle, included support and updates, and any renewal conditions before payment. Review these details and the seller and transaction terms displayed at checkout. Those transaction-specific terms govern the purchase.

Purchases, payments, license management, downloads, invoices and customer-account resources are provided through Freemius. Use the customer portal to manage the options available for your purchase, including subscription renewal or cancellation. Cancelling a renewal does not by itself request a refund for a payment already made.

Free software, paid support and update entitlements, annual plans and one-time plans may have different conditions. Do not assume that the site limit, renewal model or commercial support period of one product or plan applies to another.

Support and updates

Product support covers the scope advertised for your selected product and plan. Start with its documentation, then use the Support page for installation, configuration, product behavior, bug reports or compatibility questions. Include the relevant platform and product versions and a privacy-safe description of the issue.

Commercial support and update entitlements may depend on an active license and the purchased plan. Expiration of a commercial support period does not exclude a legal guarantee, remedy or other mandatory right that applies to your purchase.

The published Support & Refund Policy describes CarRentory. Other products follow their own advertised product and checkout terms.

Refunds and consumer rights

Commercial refund conditions are stated for the selected product at purchase. For CarRentory, also read the refund section of the Support & Refund Policy. Submit a purchase-related request through the appropriate support or Freemius purchase route with your product and order reference.

Nothing in these terms, a commercial refund policy or the expiration of a license excludes mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, you retain the remedies provided by law when digital content or services do not conform to the contract, including correction, price reduction or termination under the applicable conditions.

Any applicable statutory withdrawal right remains in place. If immediate digital delivery can affect that right, the checkout must provide the information and obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. These website terms alone do not waive a withdrawal right.

Read the CarRentory refund policy

External services and privacy

Checkout, customer portals, product marketplaces and linked demonstration websites may be operated separately and have their own terms and privacy practices. Review the relevant service information before providing personal information or completing a transaction.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain website data handling, Mailchimp product-update subscriptions, Umami analytics and browser storage. Newsletter subscriptions require a separate choice; sending a contact or support request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but the website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact us if you find information that needs correction.

Information on this website does not replace professional advice on your own tax, accounting or legal obligations. Responsibility for a product or purchase is determined by its applicable contract and the law. Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as the website or its customer resources change. The revision date identifies the version presented here. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights accrued under an existing purchase or override mandatory law.

For questions about these terms, contact 2o2code at hello@2o2code.com or use the Contact page. Technical product questions can be sent through Support.
